Enduimet: "The hidden gem at the footstep of Kilimanjaro".

Enduimet Wildlife Management Area, a beautiful area stretching west of Kilimanjaro, is as yet a well-kept secret. This hidden gem, located between Amboseli National Park (Kenya) and Kilimanjaro National Park, forms a vital corridor for large herds of elephants that commute between the two parks. Besides elephants, you will also find giraffes in numbers not even seen in the national parks, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, impalas, leopards and the occasional lion & cheetah! You will also find the Masaai and their herds, who live side by side in harmony with the wildlife around them. Revenue from tourism benefits not only the wildlife, but also the local communities. Sustainable tourism for the benefit of the local community at its best!

Enduimet West-Kilimanjaro Safari Tanzania

West Kilimanjaro is therefore the ideal off-the-beaten track addition to your trip. What makes a visit here extra fun is that you are not obliged to stay in the car on safari. Under the guidance of a Masaai warrior or a ranger, you can go on safari here on foot or by bike! For the enthusiasts, it is also possible to do a real night safari here, where you can see a lot of animals that you never see during the day. Our favourite? The springhare, half rabbit, half kangaroo :).

Wild Tanzania is a real Enduimet specialist. Our guides know the area very well.
